Orders will be shipped within 3-6 business days after received. All orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail, with a flat rate of $6 per order. If you need expedited shipping, please contact me and arrangements can be made to accommodate your needs.

Custom work and special requests are welcome! A 50% deposit is required for all custom orders. Custom orders are non-returnable.

All silver tone earring posts/hooks can be changed to sterling silver posts/hooks for an additional $2.00 charge per pair.

Repairs during the first 30 days are free if all beads and components are returned. After 30 days, you will need to ship the item with all beads back to us for an estimate. Please ship all items insured. We are not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged by the shipping carrier. Items lost or damaged during shipping need to be claimed with that carrier.

In the event that you are not satisfied with the product upon receipt, please send an email with your contact information and problem with 14 days. We will either exchange the product for similar item or you can return it for a refund. All returned items must be in original packaging and must be in "New Condition." We will inspect each item for wear, and any item that has been used will not be refunded. Shipping charges are not refundable. There will be no refunds on custom orders.
